- 100g Sugar
- 1 Egg room temperature

- 500 ml Milk 2% or 3%
- 200 ml Heavy Cream | Whipping Cream 35% Cream
- 200 g Sugar
- 2 Eggs room temperature
- 4 Egg Yolks room temperature
- 40 g Corn Starch
- 200 g Pumpkin Puree
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp All Spice
- 1/4 tsp Cloves
- 1/4 tsp Salt
