- 2-3 TBSP olive oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 3 medium-sized carrots in slices
- 1 bay leaves
- 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs

- 1 small can of diced Tomatoes

- 1 can cooked white beans / white navy beans
