A Bittersweet Return Home

So I just arrived home in Canada from Europe this week, and the past few days have been super eventful! It has been so awesome getting to catch up with so many friends, and to be back home after almost a year! It’s definitely a huge reverse culture shock though… And it was also very difficult saying goodbye to so many of my dear friends in Europe, who I miss so much already !!

I can say with 100% certainty that this has been by far the most incredible experience I have ever had in my life, and I know I will always look back on this year with so many unforgettable memories that I will cherish forever. I was lucky enough to meet so many amazing people who I know I will come back to visit one day (either that or I can host them someday here in Canada!) :p

After getting to explore exactly 31 cities throughout Europe in 9 months, it has really changed my perspective on the world, and I am looking forward to seeing even more in the future! I truly believe that travel is one of the most life changing experiences an individual can have, and my wish list of destinations around the world seems to be never ending!!

But for now I’m on to the next chapter in my life… Spending one last summer in Alberta before moving to the west coast in the fall! Although my blog posts may no longer be as frequent for the next while, of course I plan on posting more entries for my future travels/adventures. πŸ™‚

Finally, Thank you so much to everyone for taking the time to read my blog. πŸ’œ
